Pink Martini
Somewhere between a 1930s Cuban dance orchestra, a classical chamber music ensemble, a Brazilian marching street band and Japanese film noir is the 12-piece Pink Martini. Part French cabaret and part Hollywood musical, the Portland, Oregon-based group wooed Nashville Symphony audiences in the 2001/2002 and 2003/2004 seasons, and they'll do it again in May 2007.
